Tour Itinerary - 5 days Tanzania Midrange safari
DAY 1: Arrival Day in Tanzania
Upon your arrival in Tanzania, you will be welcomed by our representative at the airport and transferred to your hotel in Arusha. You can relax and freshen up after your long flight and get ready for the next day’s adventure.
DAY 2: Serengeti National Park
Early in the morning, after breakfast, we will depart for Serengeti National Park, one of the world’s most famous wildlife reserves. We will drive through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, where you can enjoy a game drive en route to Serengeti. After a picnic lunch, we will continue for an afternoon game drive in Serengeti until the evening, when you drive to Ang’ata camp for dinner and overnight.
DAY 3: Full day in Serengeti National Park
Spend a full day exploring the vast Serengeti National Park. This is an opportunity to spot the Big Five (lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and rhino) as well as other wildlife like giraffes, zebras, and various antelope species. Depending on the season, you can also witness the great migration of wildebeests and zebras, one of the most spectacular natural events in the world.
DAY 4: Ngorongoro Crater
After breakfast, we will drive to Ngorongoro Crater, the world’s largest unbroken caldera. We will descend into the crater for a game drive and have a picnic lunch on the crater floor. In the afternoon, we will drive back to Arusha, where you will spend the night at the Green Mountain Hotel.
DAY 5: Departure
This is the last day of your safari. After breakfast, you will drive to the airport for your departure flight. Alternatively, you can choose to extend your stay and explore more of Tanzania’s attractions. Thank you for choosing Precious Safaris!
