Tour Itinerary: 7 Days Tanzania Midrange Safari
DAY 1: Arrival Day in Tanzania
Upon your arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be greeted by our friendly and experienced driver guide, who will transfer you to the Green Mountain Hotel in Arusha. Take the rest of the day to relax and prepare for your safari adventure.
DAY 2: Lake Manyara National Park
After breakfast, we will depart for Lake Manyara National Park, famous for its lush green forests and diverse wildlife. Here, you will have the chance to spot a variety of animals including elephants, hippos, giraffes, and the famous tree-climbing lions. Enjoy a game drive in the park and then head to Farm of Dreams lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
DAY 3: Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, we will drive to the world-renowned Serengeti National Park, known for its vast savannahs and incredible wildlife. On the way, we will stop at the Oldupai Gorge, where the earliest human fossils were found. Upon arrival in Serengeti, proceed with an afternoon game drive until evening, where you will head to Ang’ata Camp for dinner and an overnight stay.
DAY 4: Full day in Serengeti National Park
Today, you will have a full day to explore Serengeti National Park, home to the largest population of wildlife in Africa. You may spot the Big Five – lions, elephants, buffaloes, leopards, and rhinos and other animals such as zebras, wildebeests, and gazelles. In the evening, you can relax and enjoy a beautiful sunset over the African savannah at Ang’ata Camp.
DAY 5: Ngorongoro Crater
After breakfast, we will drive to the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the most stunning natural wonders of Africa. This 2,000 feet deep crater is home to an impressive concentration of wildlife, including the endangered black rhino. Enjoy a game drive in the crater, and then head to the Farm of Dreams lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.
DAY 6: Tarangire National Park
After breakfast, we will head to Tarangire National Park, known for its large herds of elephants and baobab trees. Enjoy a game drive in the park, and then have a picnic lunch surrounded by nature. In the afternoon, we will drive back to Arusha for dinner and overnight stay at Green Mountain Hotel
DAY 7: Departure
